"I am depressed", "I can’t do anything", "How will I face the outcomes?", "Nobody is with me", "I am a failure", and "My whole life is a fiasco", are some of the thoughts most of us have or had at least once in our life. Did you ever observe why these thoughts come into your mind? Maybe when you have a lot of tasks on hand to do and you just can’t manage them, maybe when you are worried about what results would be like after taking any decision, maybe when you failed in keeping the relationships. Doesn’t matter how bad your situation is, If you are depressed then you are only making the problems uncontrollable for yourself.
Remember this is the time to Make or Break. And this time comes in everyone’s life, one way or other. And successful is he who knows how to deal with problems and stay strong emotionally and mentally while solving them. This might be difficult for many of us but there should be nothing more important than your peace of mind and your life. If you have peace of mind then you can achieve your desired results without getting in much trouble. But you have to learn it first.
What is the Peace of Mind? From where it comes? How can you relax, and your mind without doing much effort? The answer to these questions varies from person to person. If you find peace in any of the following, painting, singing, cooking, gardening, writing, talking to a friend, watching movies, listening to songs or whatever. Then what are you waiting for? Just do it! Doing what you love the most can calm and relax your mind to some extent.
Taking tension about problems or issues and being depressed all the time is not the wise way to live, it will lead you nowhere. Rather will make you feel worried, anxious, depressed and disappointed which will ultimately affect your professional and personal life.
Problems are part of everyone’s life and being realistic, without them life would be colourless. Being depressed about problems is not helping you to improve rather is making them worse. You should be strong and wise enough to tackle your problems on time before they start bothering you. And this is not something impossible. If you have developed the sense that "I can do it" then YOU CAN DO IT.
Be wise, calm and relaxed when you are making any decisions and solving problems. If today things are not working the way you want then maybe it is not the right time to do them. Try your every level best to do things in their best possible way without taking them on your head. I have read somewhere that:
EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY IN THE END. IF IT IS NOT OKAY IT IS NOT THE END
It is going to be okay, you will be fine, and you will get whatever you want. all you need to do is to be patient and WAIT without bothering yourself. Try to be friends with problems, and take them easy, there is always a solution to every problem but you need to search for it. Take them as a CHALLENGE or ADVENTURE so you will enjoy solving them.
But what to do if you are feeling depressed or tense even after doing everything to calm yourself then here comes the magic way to cure depression and anxiety in a few minutes.
Pick a pen and a piece of paper or put your fingers on the keyboard and LET YOUR HEART SPEAKS, Let yourself say everything that is bothering you. Write about how you feel, about your problems, your issues and your insecurities. Write till you start feeling better. And at some stage, you will start feeling better and more relaxed. This is my practical and approved approach which I use to calm myself when it is just not my day.
Give it a try at least once and believe me you will feel the difference.
